Minnie, Marvin and Mocha

So Thin

We got “Skinny” Minnie, “Starvin” Marvin, and Mocha when they were 7 weeks old. They were SO skinny and had food aggression. We had to get slow feeder bowls so they’d slow down and not get sick from eating so fast. They were super sweet and just so darn cute.

Hanging Out

Minnie, Marvin and Mocha loved hanging out with us and snuggling. If they weren’t snuggling with us they would all lay in their own little beds and hang out while we watched TV.

Being Naughty

While out to dinner we checked on the puppies on our puppy room cam. Minnie was sitting on top of the crate! We rushed home and Minnie and Marvin were in the pen but Mocha was gone! We searched all over and finally found her in the room hiding under the cabinet. When I looked under the cabinet she just laid there and didn’t move! My heart stopped. I pulled her out and she was fine. I cried. 🙁 We think she was just scared because we were yelling for her.

Sleepy Time

One of our favorite parts about fostering is watching the puppies sleep in crazy positions. This pose of Mocha’s cracked us up! 🤣 Minnie liked to snuggle in-between things when she slept. Marvin looks so relaxed and happy. 💗

Ready for Adoption

We had these three sweet babies for two weeks and then they were ready for adoption! We took their adoption pictures and they went to Friendship APL. They were all adopted within 2 days!

Patience Puppies – Snuggles, Eating and First Bath

Penny, Dewey and Buddy

We got Penny, Dewey and Buddy in July of 2023 and we only had them for a week and 2 days. Penny was named for the color of her coat, Dewey got his name because he had a double dew claw on his back paws and Buddy was just a good little buddy. 🙂They loved running in the yard and playing in the kiddie pool. And, they were liked to help out with the dishes!!
