When we hit 101 foster puppies earlier this year, Betsy decided she wanted to dress up as Cruella de Vil, collecting foster puppies instead of Dalmatians. We weren’t planning on having foster puppies during the party, but when 2 Dalmatian puppies became available for fostering right before the party, we knew we had to take them in! The weather was excellent this year, so most everyone hung out on the deck with not so many visitors to the downstairs bar.
